A former Navy photographer and Eagle Scout, Tim Mazzaferro has a strong sense of duty and honor and a terrific work ethic. Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Tim left New York at the age of 18 and served 9 years in the Navy, he served in Italy, Florida, Washington and finally ending his career at Moffett Field, California. After 18 years on the West Coast, he now calls California home.

Tim comes from a 14-year career with RadioShack where he worked his way through the ranks starting as part time seasonal sales help to a top ranked District Manager where he was responsible for the San Francisco Downtown District and then the Sacramento District, which included the management of 31 stores from Sacramento to Carson City as well as the oversight of over 150 employees. Wanting less time on the road and more time at home, Tim joined All California Mortgage as a licensed loan officer.

I can help both buyers and sellers through the escrow process, making sure all deadlines are met and that nothing falls through the cracks."

Tim is a certifiable sports "nut"; his office is a "shrine" to his sports heroes. He's an avid golfer and an assistant soccer coach for his son's youth soccer team. Tim and his family live in Santa Rosa with the family's pets, Max, the Black Lab and Bertha, the cat.
